Originally trained in international hotel management and tourism, Tom began a career in hospitality with Marriott, where delivering exceptional guest experiences was paramount. Transitioning into real estate, Tom has held leadership and brokerage roles across residential, commercial, and investment real estate, including serving as Vice President of Brokerage & Investment for a Nashville-based firm. With deep experience in leasing, property management, construction management, and investment strategy, Tom offers clients a comprehensive perspective that extends well beyond the transaction.
In addition to brokerage work, Tom has successfully managed national accounts in commercial construction, closing millions in sales while serving clients across 48 states. This experience further sharpened an ability to advise investors and owners on large-scale assets, operational considerations, and long-term value creation.
Outside of real estate, Tom, a Texas native, is a scratch golfer and a member of Watersound Club.
