Their collaborative efforts have reset the bar for luxury homes first in Watercolor and then again in the exclusive community of Bannerman Beach Estates. For the Beach House, multiple local artisans and designers collaborated to create a home where every detail and design aspect was carefully planned and chosen. VIE Magazine was instrumental in bringing these creative minds together and has helped channel the creative ideas behind the home. The home is conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac a quick walk away from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The striking facade impresses upon arrival. Thermally modified spruce cladding creates an authentic timeless appearance contrasting the smooth white stucco encapsulating the first level. The custom Clark Hall iron entry door sets the tone of the home as it opens into an impressive entry hall with domed ceilings accented by custom chandeliers. As you tour the home, each room is designed to amaze as no space was wasted. The gourmet kitchen embraces the art of cooking and showcases Ocean Blue Bluestar appliances and opens into a vaulted great room with hand-hewn antique beams and anchored by an over-sized fireplace. Veneitian plaster walls create a sleek feel complimenting the timeless style Spanish Porcelanosa floors. One entire wall of the great room disappears as the glass doors slide to open the room and create indoor outdoor living that any homeowner would envy.
